Yoga and Gastronomy in Crete 2023

Chania is Crete’s second largest city and a short drive from our retreat venue. 

You’ll have time to explore the old town before we meet our guides, Mary Claire and Stelios for a craft beer and city tour including lunch. 

Beer has not traditionally been a part of Cretan culture, but new generations are bringing their special Cretan traditions to an exciting craft beer scene. 

We will learn about the beer making process, and beer tasting before sampling a variety of beers paired with traditional dishes. 

We will explore the old town of Chania as we sample and learn. After the tour, you will have the rest of the day to enjoy the city.
